7.2. Absence of the User and/or Customer in the Delivery

8.- Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal

8.1. Returns due to manufacturing defects

MS ACADEMY undertakes to repair or replace Products that present defects in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. 8.2. Right of withdrawal

However, MS ACADEMY informs the User that, in accordance with the provisions of article 103 TRLGDCU, they will not have the right of withdrawal to make changes or returns of the Products when any of these circumstances occur:

  1. The supply of goods or services made in accordance with the Client's specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Therefore, you are informed that your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them, except for normal and expected use for testing the products. 8.3. Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will return all payments received from the User without undue delay from the date on which MS ACADEMY has been able to verify that the Product meets the requirements to be subject to the right of withdrawal. MS ACADEMY will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction.

Partial returns of an order will give rise to a refund of the proportional part of the price paid by the User for said order.

9.- Exclusion of liability
